Can I purchase an out-of-state pre-owned Rivian?

Depending on what state you live in, you may be able to travel out-of-state to pick up your pre-owned Rivian and then register it in your home state.

However, there are a few exceptions:

California and Massachusetts residents can only purchase and take delivery of pre-owned vehicles located within their respective states.
Residents outside of California and Massachusetts cannot purchase pre-owned vehicles located in either state.
