Can I purchase an out-of-state pre-owned Rivian?

Depending on what state you live in, you may be able to travel out-of-state to pick up your pre-owned Rivian and then register it in your home state.

However, there are a few exceptions:

California residents cannot purchase pre-owned vehicles from other states.
Residents outside of California cannot purchase pre-owned vehicles from California.
Massachusetts residents cannot purchase any pre-owned vehicles at this time, either in- or out-of-state.
