How do I pay for charging at the Rivian Adventure Network stations?
When charging on the Rivian Adventure Network, fees are automatically billed to the payment method stored in your Rivian app (Profile > Manage account > Payment method). Simply plug in your Rivian and charging will start automatically.
Charging locations open to all EVs will also have a tap-to-pay credit card reader.
When you start a charging session at any site on the road, Rivian places a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the transaction. The transaction hold will appear whether you charge automatically by plugging in, start a session from the Rivian app, or tap a credit card at the reader.
