Do I need to use the Rivian app to take delivery of my Rivian?

No, you can take delivery of your Rivian without using the Rivian app as long as you are accepting delivery from Rivian staff (and not a 3rd party delivery company). For driving, you can use the key cards/key fob instead of the app. We do encourage using the Rivian app, however, as the app works with the vehicle to make driving and owning your Rivian simple. For example, you can use your phone as a key, manage charging sessions, view the vehicle’s location, send remote commands, and tap into support.
