From configuration to purchase, you can complete the transaction from your phone or computer.¹ We also make it easy for you to appraise your trade-in, secure financing and insurance, manage your title and registration, schedule delivery, and more — all online.
Popular configurations, ready for purchase
Our invite-only online shop features a variety of popular R1T configurations that are ready to go. Many of these configurations are ready for delivery in 14 days or less.² Shop access is available to reservation holders within a serviceable distance of a Rivian Service Center.
Get behind the wheel
The best way to experience a Rivian is to get in and drive one yourself. Our demo drives include a vehicle walk-around with a Rivian Specialist and a guided drive on public roads for you and your guests. Drives are offered at most Rivian spaces and service centers — start your booking to see what’s available near you.
Depending on your location, your vehicle will be available for pick up from a service center or will be delivered to your home. Regardless of how you take delivery, a Rivian Specialist will be there to give you a comprehensive walk-through of your new vehicle and help answer all your questions.
We’re only happy if you’re happy
We’re confident you’ll love your new Rivian purchase — but if you change your mind for any reason, you can return it within 1,000 miles or 7 days of your delivery date.³

Frequently Asked Questions
A $1,000 deposit is required when reserving a configuration or purchasing from the R1 Shop. Your vehicle deposit will become non-refundable after you confirm your vehicle order. US only.
Delivery timing varies depending on customer location and vehicle availability.
Rivian Return Policy eligibility requirements: 1) Vehicle without modifications or damage and in the condition you received it, normal wear and tear excepted; 2) Odometer reads less than 1000 miles when returned to Rivian; 3) Vehicle is accident free; 4) New Vehicle Limited Warranty is not void or voidable; 5) Vehicle must be in the legal and physical possession of the original purchaser; and 6) Any loss for foregone government incentives for a new vehicle purchase may offset the repurchase price. Note: leased vehicles are not eligible for the Return Policy.
