What is servicing a Rivian like?

Electric vehicles are simpler to maintain than internal combustion vehicles. Electric motors are less susceptible to wear and tear by exchanging hundreds of moving parts for just a few, and regenerative braking means less wear on brake pads and rotors.

We designed the entire service experience to be just as simple. You will have a 24/7 direct line to the Rivian Service Support Team by phone and through the Rivian app. While a majority of service needs can be resolved via Mobile Service at your home or office, the Service Support Team can make arrangements if you need to visit a local Service Center.
