Why did my Connect+ features stop working?
Rivian offers all owners a trial period to experience the features of Connect+ before subscribing. You can restore these features in your vehicle by subscribing to Connect+ from the Rivian app, your vehicle’s Center Display or your Rivian account page.
Once you’ve successfully subscribed, Connect+ features will become available within a few minutes. In rare instances, a vehicle software reset might be needed to restore Connect+ features after subscribing.
Note: If you receive a "Payment Unsuccessful" error, make sure you've saved your billing address to your account profile (Profile > Profile settings > Addresses). Delete any existing forms of payment, then add a new payment method to subscribe.
