What if I'm still experiencing connectivity issues after the recent outage?
On Friday, March 22, 2024, an outage affected Rivian vehicle connectivity. The outage was resolved that same day, but some vehicles may require an infotainment reset to restore full connectivity.
If you’re still experiencing issues, you can restart your vehicle’s software:
Ensure the vehicle is in Park.
Find the two outermost control buttons on the steering wheel.
Press both buttons at the same time and hold for 15 seconds.
Note: The displays go dark for about one minute until the restart is complete.
