How does Fleet service work?

Service can be requested by calling Rivian Service Support, our always-on operations center, which is staffed with domestic vehicle service support advisors. Service can be performed at our local service center facilities, or via mobile service, when available.

Our ever-expanding third-party network covers collision repair, roadside assistance, maintenance and speciality providers (such as tire and glass providers).

We also offer training opportunities for fleets that perform their own service in-house. Ask your Fleet Sales Manager for additional info.
