What if my Gear Shop order never arrives?
For Gear Shop order deliveries, Rivian is responsible for the delivery of a package until it arrives to a customer's provided address. If an item is lost in transit due to carrier issues, Rivian will replace or refund the order.
For lost Gear Shop orders where UPS has confirmed proof-of-delivery, Rivian is not responsible to return, refund or replace the order and customers should file a claim with UPS.
