A new European Service Center just opened in Germany, joining our growing network of Service Centers alongside other recent openings across the US, including Colorado, Ohio, Nevada, Kentucky, Indiana, Idaho and Missouri.
The Rivian Service Center in Düsseldorf, Germany is strategically located two hours from our EU Parts Distribution Centre in the Netherlands and will be focused on servicing EDV's for our Amazon partners and around the city.
Based at Fuggerstrasse 7-9, Neuss, Düsseldorf, Germany, Rivian’s newest Service Center is located on the banks of The Rhine, a river that flows from the Swiss Alps, through Germany and in to the North Sea from the Dutch coast. The 34,000 square foot site features five two post lifts, alignment rack, ADAS, office and lounge space.
In the future, our Düsseldorf Service Center will be joined by several other German based Service Centers including locations in Munich and Berlin.
