As an independent repairer or operator, how do I request access to Rivian Service documentation?
Independent repair shops interested in obtaining repair instructions and ordering parts should take the following steps:
Contact aftersalessupport@rivian.com and specify the vehicle model(s) being serviced.
We will then provide you with a Business Account form and a Digital Access Agreement. Complete and return these documents.
Once received, we will create your shop a third-party partner account, used to access repair instructions and order parts.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
