Can I take my Rivian vehicle to a third party repair shop?
While possible, we recommend scheduling repairs with Rivian Service Centers or Rivian Mobile Service to avoid warranty issues.
For additional coverage, we have also established a network of Rivian-Certified Collision Centers to handle bodywork and collision repairs.

If a customer's prefers to take their vehicle to a third party shop for a non-warranty repair, the shop will need to contact Rivian at aftersalessupport@rivian.com to request access to the Third Party Partner Portal for Parts Ordering and Repair Instructions. The access granted will give them access to the unrestricted catalog only. The third party shop will need to follow these steps:
The third party shop should send a request to aftersalessupport@rivian.com with the model of vehicle they're servicing.
Rivian Aftersales Support Team will then send the third party shop a Business Account Set-Up form and a Digital Access Agreement which the third party shop will need to complete, sign and send back.
Once the Business Account Set-Up form and the Digital Access Agreement are received, Rivian Aftersales Support Team will set-up an account and grant the shop credentials.
This process can take 5-10 business days to complete.
