Picture this. You’ve had a long, dusty day at a music festival and you’re looking to recharge within nature, without sacrificing on hospitality. Enter Camp Rivian powered by AutoCamp. Together, we elevated the festival camping experience, providing a Rivian-built, Airstream-based hospitality and content hub.
This invite-only experience allowed guests to temporarily disconnect, step outside their bubbles, get introduced to R2, and get to know what Rivian is all about. Here’s a look at what our attendees experienced:
Private AutoCamp Airstream Trailers
In partnership with AutoCampOpens in new tab, guests had a personal retreat directly within our campgrounds, packed with curated amenities and festival must-haves. Only a short drive from the festival, guests could relax knowing Rivian vehicles would provide roundtrip shuttles to the festival and back to camp each day.
Secret Performances
To power our intimate, off-grid sets at Camp Rivian, we debuted the DJ Rig: a fully self-powered mobile stage built directly from the bed of a Rivian R1T. This plug-and-play performance platform transformed our vehicle into the perfect backdrop for exclusive (and secret) headliner sets by incredible artists like Tinashe and Channel Tres.
We didn't stop when the sun went down! We extended our footprint into the late night, sponsoring and shuttling guests to the iconic Neon Carnival to keep the electric energy flowing until the early hours of the morning.
Moments to Recharge
Complete with a pool, fire pits, and lounge areas, guests had plenty of ways to relax, disconnect, and recharge. Guests could grab an ALSO.Opens in new tab bike for a quick ride around camp, or ease into the morning with yoga and Pilates classes. We also had static vehicles placed throughout camp, including our all-new R2 vehicle, so attendees could get an inside look at our new mid-size platform.
For those seeking deeper restoration, we offered celestial sound bath and meditation experiences under the desert night sky, along with daily guided group sauna and cold plunge sessions with Traveling SaunaOpens in new tab.
Immersive Creative Workshops
In partnership with London and SoCal based agency AreYouMadOpens in new tab, we developed a creative zone to give guests the chance to get hands-on with sustainability. Throughout the weekend, attendees transformed reclaimed waste materials into custom festival gear, participating in natural dye workshops, charm making, and even building their own desert vest.
Community Connection
We brought everyone together around the table to connect and refuel, kicking off the weekend with a beautiful welcome dinner featuring Aunts Et UnclesOpens in new tab. From daily group meals to fresh Airstream coffee powered by Anomaly CoffeeOpens in new tab, our culinary team kept the energy high and community tight-knit before guests hopped on the shuttles to the festival grounds.
