1. Request
You can request service 24/7 directly through the Rivian app or by calling Rivian Service Support. From there we’ll create the optimal repair plan.
2. Plan
We’ll review the repair plan with you and schedule a time that’s convenient for service. You can then review and approve the plan in the app.
3. Visit
Either a Rivian Technician will come to you or we’ll have you drop your vehicle off at a service location. You can check the status of the work with the app.

Rivian Mobile Service
Our fleet of Mobile Service vehicles — staffed with Rivian Technicians — can perform the majority of service needs right at your home, even if you're not there. If more extensive care is required, we make it easy for you to drop your vehicle off at a nearby service location.
