What’s the warranty and return policy for pre-owned Rivians?
When you purchase a pre-owned Rivian vehicle, it is covered by the remainder of its New Vehicle Limited Warranty. The specific terms of each warranty is determined by the model year and configuration of the vehicle.
Pre-owned Rivians also have a 7 day or 500 mile return policy, whichever comes first. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when delivered, and returns must be made to the same Service Center where you picked up the vehicle.
