What can I expect during a demo drive?
For demo drive experiences, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule through your Rivian Account when the opportunity is available in your area. During your demo drive, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the vehicle’s acceleration, capabilities and interior features — including materials and in-vehicle navigation.
During mobile drives, you choose the starting point and we bring a Rivian to you. You’ll be guided by one of our Specialists through a vehicle walk-around followed by a 30-minute drive in your area.
During Venice Hub drives, you will have the opportunity to experience a Rivian vehicle on a set route, allowing you to explore a variety of vehicle features. We also have display vehicles on site with additional configurations and accessories.
During a drive from one of our Service Centers, you will experience a Rivian vehicle on a curated, local route and get an in-depth walk-around of the features and options.
Rivian team members will be available at our hubs and Service Centers to help answer your questions about charging, storage and more, before or after your drive appointment — just make sure to check our hours of operation and plan accordingly.
